These Terms and Conditions apply when you use the Made For Keeps website, place an order, create a customer account, or buy products from us.

Products
Made For Keeps sells personalised, customised, and made-to-order products. Products may include embroidered, printed, engraved, or otherwise customised items.
We try to display products, colours, sizes, images, descriptions, and prices as accurately as possible. However, colours and images may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or product materials.
Personalisation
You are responsible for checking all personalisation details before placing your order. This includes names, initials, dates, messages, addresses, spelling, grammar, capitalisation, colours, sizes, and any other information you provide.
We will produce personalised items using the details supplied with your order. We are not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect information entered by the customer.
If we notice an obvious issue with the information supplied, we may contact you before production. This may delay your order.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket.
Your order is accepted when we confirm it or begin processing it. We may refuse or cancel an order if:
- The product is unavailable
- Payment is not authorised
- The order contains an obvious pricing or description error
- The personalisation requested is unsuitable, offensive, unlawful, or infringes another person's rights
- We are unable to complete the order for practical or legal reasons
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.
Unsuitable or restricted personalisation
We may refuse personalisation that we consider offensive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unlawful, misleading, defamatory, pornographic, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
We may also refuse personalisation that appears to infringe copyright, trade marks, designs, logos, or other intellectual property rights.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the website in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.
The price payable is the price shown at checkout when you place your order, plus any applicable delivery charge.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card number or card security code.
If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.
VAT and taxes
Where VAT applies, prices may include VAT unless stated otherwise. If VAT is charged, VAT details may be shown on invoices or order documents.
Production times
Production times vary depending on the product, level of personalisation, stock availability, and workload.
Any production or delivery times shown are estimates only. We will do our best to meet estimated times, but delays can sometimes happen.
Delivery
Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout where available.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. This includes building name or number, street, town, county, postcode, and any other information needed for delivery.
We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.
Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the address supplied with your order.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because many products are personalised or made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
If production has not started, we will do our best to help with reasonable changes.
Personalised and made-to-order items
Personalised and made-to-order items are created specifically for you. For this reason, they cannot usually be returned, exchanged, or refunded if you change your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or we have made an error with your order.

In summary, personalised items can only be returned if:
- The item is faulty
- The item is damaged when you receive it
- We have made an error
- The item does not match the agreed personalisation details
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where relevant.
Faulty goods
We are responsible for supplying goods that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Customer accounts
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
Your customer account is linked to this shop only. It allows you to view your Made For Keeps orders and order statuses.
You must not allow anyone else to use your account without permission.
Mailing list
You may choose to join our mailing list during checkout or elsewhere on the website.
If you subscribe, we may send you news, offers, product updates, and marketing messages. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, or indirect losses where you buy as a consumer.
